ABOUT VERTIGO THEATRE
Vertigo Theatre is the preeminent theatre company in North America that develops and produces outstanding intrigue and mystery theatre. Our mission is to thrill, entertain and inspire our audiences and artists with high quality experiences.
Vertigo Theatre is located at the base of the Calgary Tower in the heart of downtown Calgary, and is home to administration offices, a rehearsal hall and two performance venues. Our main season of productions is the BD&P Theatre Series.

Vertigo Theatre is seeking to expand our pool of artists for future productions in the BD&P Theatre Series. This includes Designers, Assistant Designers, Voice & Dialect Coaches, Fight Directors and Intimacy Directors.
AUDITIONS
Vertigo Theatre is not accepting audition submissions at this time. Please check this site regularly for updates. Auditions will also be posted on the Equity Drive. Thank you for your interest.
THEATRE TECHNICIANS
We accept resumes year-round from technicians, designers, stage managers and props/wardrobe personnel as well as other casual positions. Please send an e-mail with a cover letter, resume and references* with your area of interest to jessie.paynter@vertigotheatre.com. *Submissions without the above included will not be responded to.
VOLUNTEER
Over 450 generous volunteers support our operations as Board Members, Ushers, and special event volunteers giving a gift of service in excess of $100,000 annually. If you would like to be a part of our volunteer team please contact our Patron Services Manager.
SCRIPT SUBMISSIONS
Vertigo Theatre accepts unsolicited scripts. Please send a cover letter, brief summary and a PDF of the script to our Artistic Associate Katelyn Morishita at artisticassociate@vertigotheatre.com. Please use the subject line: Vertigo Theatre Script Submission.

Vertigo Theatre Society is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and managed by a full time professional staff led by our Artistic Director and Executive Director. We have personnel in artistic/production, marketing, fund development, administration and customer service.
