HOW TO RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ONLINE
If you have never accessed your online account you will need to reset/set your password:
Click Login on our Vertigo Ticket Page
Click “Forgot My Password”
Type in your email address used on your Renewal Invoice
Click “Reset PW and Email Instructions”
Open the email sent from Vertigo Theatre, Subject line “Request for password reset”
Click the Link “Connect and enter a new password” to set new password for account
How to Renew Online
Once you are logged in click “Subscriptions” in the center of the top bar on the screen
Click “Renew” on your 25/26 BD&P Season Package
If you have any Seating or Date change requests type them in the area provided, and click “Renew Subscription”
Confirm your order total. Should you wish to Add Parking, or make a Donation, please click on the links provided at the end of your shopping cart list.
Click “Checkout & Pay”, complete payment info.
